James Allen RUA

James Allen studied art in Belfast and Brighton and went on to teach art at Goldsmiths School of Art in London. He returned to Northern Ireland to help establish the Belfast Print Workshop and has been a renowned print maker and painter for many decades.

He has exhibited widely, including in Japan in 2019. His works are held in a wide range of collections around the world, including the Ulster Museum, Arts Council and the Telfair Museum of Georgia.
