Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the artwork then you have 30 days after the date of collection / delivery to cancel your purchase by emailing mail@artisann.org
It is your responsibility to return the work to the gallery in a safe manner and without causing any damage at your own expense.
You will get a full refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned work, although we reserve the right to deduct a charge to put the work back into the condition it was when sold (if signs of damage or wear and tear after receiving the work of art are visible).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
