Collection: Graham Gingles RUA

Graham Gingles has an international reputation for his complex, intricately-built boxes. They contain scenes that provide a commentary on the major themes inherit in humanity:  life and death; happiness and trauma; travel and autobiography; the dioramas and scenes revealing something new on each viewing.

Graham has exhibited extensively, including London, Brussels, Cologne, Newfoundland, and Vermont. He has received many accolades, such as the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) Scholarship to the British School at Rome, the Gold Medal at the Royal Ulster Academy (RUA), and the De Veres Award at the Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA).

His works are held in major public collections including: the Ulster Museum, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the Queen’s University of Belfast, An Chomhairle Ealaíon, the Office of Public Work (Ireland) and the UK Government Art Collection.
