Collection: Chris Wilson RUA

Chris Wilson is a sculptor and painter from Northern Ireland. His recent artworks are influenced by combinations of science, landscapes and night skies. His work ranges in scale from small intricate pieces to large scale public artworks. He has received numerous awards, including the Bass Ireland Art Award, Arts Council of Northern Ireland Bursary Award, Barbican Centre Athena Art Award, Claremorris Open Prize, British Council Travel Award and the RUA Gold Medal.

His work has been exhibited extensively worldwide, including France, Germany, Croatia, Romania, United States and Canada.

His work is held in the permanent collection of the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
